Responsibilities:

• Assist to set up Web Page in the department;
• Assist in conducting project administration;
  
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments;
• Provide support in handling engineering document control;
• Support in various internal department processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• 2 years or above relevant working experience preferably in engineering companies;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications;
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Presentable, helpful, initiative, sense of urgency and detail-minded;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
