Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager in contractual administration and project management work of a multi-disciplinary E & M project;
• Administration of contracts with clients, partners and sub-contracts including budgeting, cost control, measurement, project procurement, variation valuation, claim preparation, payment and final accounts related matters;
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
• With professional membership is an advantage;
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in multi-disciplinary E & M project;
• Experience in contract administration, cost control, measurement, variation valuation, claim preparation, payment and final account settlement are an advantage;
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Quantity Surveyor
