A client of ours is currently seeking a high calibre candidate for the following position:

Personal Assistant

(Property / PRC company experience)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for arranging meeting schedule, business trips, appointment, travel arrangements itinerary and handling personal matters of top Management
• Accompany Top Management to attend social events and entertainment functions
• Flexible working hours and business travel is required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above with good command in English and Putonghua
• Solid personal assistant or secretarial experience gained with a fast moving and dynamic environment, candidate with experience in airline, hospitality, property or PRC company exposure 
• Must possess valid driving license with solid driving experience in Hong Kong
• Polite and customer-service oriented
• Mature, presentable, initiative, independent, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Mandarin and good in English and Cantonese
• Immediate available or short notice is an advantage
