Job Responsibilities

• Handle general hospitality procedures such as check in, check out and room change procedures
• Provide professional yet warm customer services to our customers
• Attend to complaints and requests from customers in a timely and efficient fashion
• Coordinate with colleagues from other departments for providing high servicing standards

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Hospitality or related discipline
• At least one year of hotel related experience is a MUST
• Passionate, presentable and patient
• Ability to work independently and strong in problem solving skills
• Basic knowledge in MS office
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh Graduates will also be considered
