The desired candidate will have significant experience with inspecting, inventorying, cataloging and authenticating fine and rare wine. Requirements: 

• Preference for Diploma holder or above of related disciplines with 5 years of relevant experience
• Good command of spoken and written English with Mandarin and Cantonese capabilities preferred
• Candidates with prior inspection experience and certain certification (WSET LV2 or above) will be preferred

Job Description:

• Inspecting, inventorying, cataloging and authenticating fine and rare wine
• Inspect and evaluate fine wine to ensure the quality and authenticity of wines
• Assist on wine authentication and accurate condition notations
• Proactively develop and expand business opportunities for wine consignments
• Assist in arranging and scheduling wine collection, storage and delivery 

Client communication:

• Customer-oriented and confident in handling prestigious customers in a polite and professional manner
• Coordinate with Marketing and PR to prepare interviews, tasting notes and other wine related marketing efforts
• Provide professional advice to client's wine-specific enquirers
• Analyze buyer activities and assist in developing auction and private sales strategies with the Head of Department
