Job duties:
 
Undertake front desk duties as below

• Taking care of any guest inquiry;
• Taking care check-in and check-out task;
• Checking and updating the payment record;
• Manage all the booking and reservation from different channels;
• Social media update;
• Generate regular report;
• Host causal event and/or party with guests such as table game, hiking, BBQ…
• Building good guests relationship and have fun with guests from all over the world;
• More relevant experience in hospitality can be considered as supervisor;
• Part time is also welcome for Yau Ma Tei/Causeway Bay location.
   

Requirements :

• Kind and responsible character;
• Can work independently;
• Shift duty is required;
• Candidate who loves meeting people, travelling backpacking style or has had working holiday experience will be more suitable;
• Experience in hospitality/customer service is preferred (but not required).
