Responsibilities:

• To support and assist all aspects of front desk operations
• To provide courteous and professional service for all guests
  
  

Requirements: 

• Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• 1-2year hotel front desk experience
• Familiar with OASIA system will be advantageous
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferable
• Fresh graduate or less experience will be considered for the position of Front Desk Clerk (24 hours shift)
