Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotation, booking arrangement of Club Med Package
- Handle customer enquiries and provide travel advice on Club Med Package including flight reservations
- Execute bookings in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
- Solicit and retain clients with professional customer service skills
- Perform ad-hoc projects when required
Requirements:
- Passionate to work in travel/CS/ airline industry
- Related exp. in tourism/ airline/ CS or relevant working experience
- Fresh Graduates are also welcomed
- Good interpersonal and listening skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Able to work independently with good time management skills
- Shift duty is needed (Mon-Sat)
