Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide continuous support on Managed Customer network and system
- Provide technical consultancy services to customer
- Communicate with customers and vendors on technical support issues
- Conduct monthly managed network and system performance review with customer
- Perform ad hoc or emergency call for remote support
Requirements:
- Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in Network or System Managed Service Project
- Solid experience in supporting Linux, Windows, Router, Switch, Firewall, Proxy, VPN and IP networking
- Holder of professional certifications such as CCNA & MCSE is an advantage
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, Mandarin
