Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for relevant system and data. Accomplishes project objectives by planning, implementing, evaluating and other project activities.

• Responsible for gathering and cleaning system and data
• Identify and resolve system and data issue
• Communicate and coordinate with IT team of headquarters to ensure the project progress 
• Responsible for project landing and personnel training
• Responsible for equipment commissioning
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
• Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems;
• Coach & mentor QA team members to success in their career and achieve team goals;
• Communicate and liaise with external and internal to identify quality and efficiency issues and improve the whole process;
• Perform other relevant tasks as requested.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder with minimum 3 years of project execution working experience, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of project management
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Strong project planning, communication, coordination, organization and problem-solving skills
• Be responsible, proactive
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Ability to travel when necessary
• Strong leadership skills with mature presence to ensure effective communication and partnership with junior staffs
• Strong passion to being part of a team delivering high quality software. You belief in the agile values, self-motivated, focused, pro-active, and eager to learn and growth
• Possess strong analytical skill, able to initiate and drive changes across all levels;
• Self-motivated, responsible, independent and able to work in a team environment
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
