Responsibilities and Duties

• Understand company's strategic and competitive position and deliver products and features that are recognized best in each market
• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
• Owner of product strategy, product configuration, product definition and product price
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and user researchers to analyze patterns and trends and identify new opportunities
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of product feature and own the results for your product feature
• Drive product development and launch product features with engineers and designers on a regular basis
• Not afraid to dive into details - needs to have the ability to track all issues related to the features responsible and identify the risks
• Provide regular internal training for regional sales with product knowledge and competition analysis
• Support clinical research, collaboration with customers for the new technical application

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, major in medical imaging, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical or other related healthcare degree will be preferred
• 2+ years working experience as product manager or product management or product design experience, Minimum 3 years as product specialist working experience
• Experience performing product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis
• Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently, experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a company
• Good at software product knowledge, with ability to communicate strategy and the results of analyses clearly and effectively
• Good communication skill, customer-oriented, strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent presentation skill and good at PPT skill
• Any experience with A.I. is a plus
• Excellent English communication skill both oral and written

Nice to haves:

• Proficiency in Mandarin will be a strong asset.
• Scientific or health related background.
