Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Take lead and in charge of performance testing projects for our clients
  • Collect performance requirements from business and operation perspectives
  • Design and develop performance test models
  • Develop performance test scripts
  • Conduct test and trouble shooting
  • Analyze test results and provide valuable input for performance tuning
  • Present test results to different parties of the project



Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in information technology, computer engineering or equivalent
  • At least 8 years solid experience in high scale automated performance testing with at least 3 years as the test lead
  • Track record of using JMeter and LoadRunner performance test tools
  • Good knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure
  • Good communication skill and be able to communicate with different parties such as business users and technical personnel
  • Teaching experience is preferred
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
