Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot on system issue (Virtual Machine, AD, DNS, Firewall setting / printing / email issue)
• Assist in development, maintenance and update in-house programmes for office task Automation
• Maintain and Support for general office IT operations.
• Manage and allocate office’s IT resources
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Basic knowledge in Programming Language and Principles
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Knowledge in Virtual Machine, Cloud Services will be a bonus
• Knowledge in JavaScript / VBA / FoxPro will be a bonus
• Candidates with less experience or qualification will be considered as Technical Officer
