Responsibilities:

• To identify potential quality problem, establish new IT solutions and services to support the company’s daily operation and projects
• To conduct market research to evaluate and recommend new IT products and services as required
• To lead and manage a team to support the design, development and implementation of our ERP system
• To develop a tactical strategy by understanding the current business needs that is capable of meeting continuous growths
• To develop corporate policies, procedures and other documentation related to network, system and use/security
• Experience in manufacturing is compulsory

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of IT/Systems experience in manufacturing industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills to work with all levels of colleagues, vendors and management
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese WP
• Occasional travel to China is required
