Key Responsibilities:
IT IT focal point and business partner for technology and digital solutions related to Learning & Collaboration.
Supports the Head of Program – Employee in updating, maintaining and upholding the target Technology/ Digital landscape for Learning & Collaboration systems and tools.
Provides thought leadership and innovative digital/ technology solutions to deliver to the Learning Experience aligned with HR/ IT strategy.
Pro-actively seeks out new and innovative digital technology relevant to the Learning Experience, and in line with the HR/ IT strategy.
Develop a practical framework to structure, guide and review test-and-learn initiatives, to ensure an agile and holistic review of next steps/ decisions to these initiatives.
Manages the execution and technical delivery of technology/ digital projects prioritized by the Governance Committee – leveraging a network of vendors/ contractors and internal resources.
Responsible for ongoing technical support of implemented digital tools/ systems related to Learning & Collaboration. Ensures required service level agreements are adhered to across all internal/ external parties contributing to the support model of these tools/ systems.
Ensures communication and alignment with local, regional and global IT counterparts to ensure ongoing transparency and alignment on project plans, resources and timelines.
Collaborates with global/ regional/ local HR stakeholders to ensure requirements/ priorities are aligned

Work Experience
8+ years of relevant, broad engineering experience, including (preferably) 3+ years delivering digital learning projects
Solid experience in translating business requirements into technical language
Demonstrated experience to think strategically, tactically and operationally
Experienced in managing end-to-end digital/ IT project life cycles and leading projects involving multiple internal/ external, local/ global stakeholders.
Experienced working at a Global/Regional/Local level (with multiple countries)
Experience in retail, hospitality or luxury retail desired

Functional/Technical Expertise
Experience with Digital tools in a technical capacity, a plus if these are tools leveraged within Learning/ Collaboration.
Familiarity/ experience with HR systems (particularly Learning Management System) in general is a plus.
Experience with coordinating both technical and functional activities in managing end-to-end lifecycle of technology/ digital related projects.
Experience with designing, delivering and supporting HR/ Learning/ Collaboration systems/ tools and related integration in a technical capacity.
