Responsibilities: 

• Provide day-to-day operation, system check and server administration
• Provide technical and user support as well as troubleshoot
• Provide the support and implementation for project team
• Perform system capacity monitoring
• Perform system administrative role in data center facilities, servers, VMWare, email, etc.
• Perform system preventive maintenance
• Maintain the document up to date (including Inventory, Operation Procedure, etc.)

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering, Telecommunications or IT related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of experience in server hardware/software installation, maintenance and upgrading
• Familiar with the operation of Windows OS, Linux platforms would be an advantage
• Hands on experience on VMWare, Microsoft AD and Microsoft Exchange
• Willing to learn new technologies and solutions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
