WHAT YOU'LL DO:  

• Engage across function teams (Product, IT & CRM) & clients to develop & support for business processes and structures
• Act as key liaison between the non-technical user group & the technical teams (internal & client IT)
• Build out the user requirements & functional specification for project scope & deliverables
• Ensure the technical teams or vendor fully understand the requirements
• Quality assurance & deliver total solutions with project management skills
• Design & compile the system flow, logics & rules for all user functions
• Lead and perform user acceptance testing of new system or system enhancement
• Provide local support for training and documentation
• Identify opportunities for growth within the project scope & key accounts
• Systems support & maintenance

WHAT BASIC QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED TO GET:

• University degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 4 - 5 year hands-on experience in system & CRM related application launch
• Experience in project, client & vendor management
• Working experience in ETL, OLAP /OR Data Mining
• Solid technical experience in CRM system, SQL, Tableau, Qlikview, SAP, ERP, POS, eComm, integration is a must
• Digital, e-marketing, social media, new technology, AI-savvy is a plus
• Deep business understanding of sourcing processes and systems & ability to accept and meet critical deadlines through good planning and organizing skills
• Can-do attitude, action oriented and solution minded team player
• Great communication and presentation skills and fluency in English & Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as System Analyst
