Job Responsibilities:

1. Testing Planning and Preparation
    - Support development of testing plan and work with internal parties to agree with the plan 
    - Prepare and review test cases and scenarios with vendors and documented properly

2. Testing Execution and Assurance 
    - Participate in select test cycle and complete the testing in timely manner, including CXV & UAT 
    - Follow up any outstanding issues to ensure the CSS solution meets the original business requirement and users’ acceptance

3. Business Rehearsal and System Implementation 
    - Execute the cutover scripts and associated activities 
    - Be part of the support team during cutover Identify and closely monitor any impact on the business during cutover

4. System Implementation Planning and Support 
    - Support the cutover preparation and transition activities

Job Requirements: 

1. 2-3 years of experience in the air cargo or logistics field with airlines, freight forwarders or shippers. Preferably experience gained in the area of IT project 
2. Experience in IT projects in the areas of testing, training & cutover would be an advantage 
3. Knowledge of airline operation system is a plus 
4. Attentive to details and ability to work independently with strong analytical skills 
5. Good planning, organization and communication skills 
6. Good team player to motivate team members to achieve successful results
7. Willing to travel as and when required
8. Willing to perform shift duties during the cutover
