Our client is a leading legal and financial services MNC, who is now looking for a regional IT Director to ensure that APAC technology will meet customer needs and align with the overall group's technology.

Regional IT Director/ Head - Leading Accounting/ Finance/ Legal MNC - Up To 1.4M/ Annum - Perm 

Responsibilities: 

- Oversee BAU across APAC region to ensure application portfolio and the global infrastructure, security requirements and operational support.

- Deliver strategies and products by defining and maintaining a roadmap of technology initiatives to help the business achieve strategies

- Manager overall IT and assist business functions with IT project prioritization and project planning

-Work across departments to identify changes to customer journey maps and personas to reflect regional clients and their needs

-Ensures business requirements are defined for new business technology projects

- Coordinate and execute technology RFIs/ RFPs when needed

Requirements:

- High fluency in English and Mandarin required

- Bachelors of Science degree in information systems, computer science, computer engineering or a related discipline

- A minimum of 8 years of experience in information technology

- Must have up to date knowledge of Chinese technology issues and platforms including but not limited to; Cybersecurity, WeChat and WePay

- Experience in Business Process (Six Sigma/Lean) and Design Thinking

- A strong background in agile software development methodology
