Job Description
■ Role
- Provide all-round IT support to clients in a proactive and professional manner via troubleshooting, remote & onsite support on applications, hardware and network issues
■ Responsibilities
- Provide operational and technical support to clients remotely or onsite
- Provide support on Desktop, System and Network related enquires
- Collect relevant details, and log all incident and request cases on the call logging system
- Escalate requests / technical issues to vendors and in-house experts when required.
- Keep customers informed on request status and progress and update the cases.
- Liaise with stakeholder on procurement and maintaining inventory list.
■ Requirements
- Diploma or degree holder in information technology, computer science or other related disciplines
- +3 years of experiences working as an IT support, helpdesk, desktop, or other relevant roles
- Experiences in supporting Microsoft products (Win7, Win10, MS Office, Win Server, Exchange)
- Good understanding in Networks (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewall, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi , Cisco R&S) (technical hands-on will be advantageous, but NOT A MUST)
- Holder of Microsoft / Cisco qualifications (MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP) would be advantageous (NOT A MUST)
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer services skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
