Responsibilities:

• Formulate and facilitate the path to the quality system solutions for the business operations and prepare solution documents
• Conduct quality assurance tests on system jobs or new releases
• Assist in analyzing workflow, define business and systems requirements and perform impact analysis
• Assist in handling of system jobs from different business units by aligning the business needs with the capabilities delivered by IT and prioritize the jobs with users accordingly
• Provide production and UAT support
• Provide training and coaching to junior staff(s) to uplift their technical skills
• Coordinate and handle special projects as requested
• Act as liaison between business units and IT

Requirements:

• University graduate in Management Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Business Analyst role preferably in financial, retirement or investment funds industry
• Technical BA background, experience in basic .Net Java is a plus
• Experience in Agile implementation in Scrum Master or Product Owner role
• Strong self-initiative with good time management skills to handle multiple tasks, and able to work independently
• Excellent structured analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Good Documentation skills
• Extensive knowledge in pensions domain will be an advantage
• With experience working with offsite IT team will be an advantage
• Strong project management and influencing skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
