Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT Services Business, the successful candidate will work with Solution Consultants to recommend IT solutions based on customer requirements. He/she will design the overall IT infrastructure including server, network, firewall, wifi and more according to customers' requirement. He/she will also work with vendors/suppliers to deploy solutions.  

The Person

• Degree holder in Business Information System, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent is preferred
• 3+ years IT service implementation experience
• 3+ years practical knowledge on IT infrastructure design, i.e. Win Server platform, system management tool, network equipment and monitoring, storage administration and backup solution
• Technical knowledge preferrable on: Server, PC, Mac hardware/software, network infrastructure and administration, MS System Centre, IBM Tivoli, cloud solution
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
