Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate the configuration and operations of all computers equipment including backend network devices
Provide technical service support, installation and maintenance for internal users
Maintain IT inventory, software, hardware and networking equipment
Monitor the IT System health status, network performance and security control
Liaise with external vendors on upgrade and maintenance work

Job Requirements

Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years solid experience in IT infrastructure and system support preferably in Financial Industry.
Experience with VPN Gateways, Firewalls, Switches would be advantaged.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua.
Immediate Available is highly preferred
