Our client has secured a Government project and looking for a PM to manage the project.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the requirement research of the project, the system architecture and the logic core design, and the key coding parts of the JAVA functional modules, to ensure the normal delivery of the software development project;
2. Responsible for daily communication with customers;
3. As the project manager, be responsible for the construction and daily management of the project team.

Job Requirements

1. Good communication skills, team coordination and document writing skills, skilled in requirement analysis, outline design, detailed design, database design, test case design, system launch and other document preparation;
2. 5 years or above working experience, software project management or software development management experience not less than 3 years;
3. Engineering or IT background, full-time bachelor degree or above;
4. Good command in both English and Chinese;
