The Job

• To plan, develop and review the business process strategies, including both front end & online system development and implementation to improve the overall productivity, operation efficiency and control as well as customer experience.
• To work with different functional teams such as Finance, Marketing, IT, Credit on process flow and system design in meeting designated technical, market and other related requirements including review of operating procedures or user manuals
• To manage and monitor the execution progress of tasks in the project plan and coordinate with internal and external parties to provide support during implementation of the initiatives.
• To provide qualitative and/or quantitative analysis on the effectiveness of the initiatives, consolidate and prepare management reports with recommendation to facilitate the Management’s review and decision making
• To lead and manage a team with proper leadership and coaching skills to drive for greater team effectiveness and higher staff capabilities

The Person

• University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Statistics, Operation Management or other related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience with IT knowledge and background, of which at least 3 years at managerial level
• Solid experience in project management and control procedures would be an advantage
• Customer and result-oriented, energetic and well-organized person with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and balance priorities with good time management
• Strong numerical and analytical ability to identify key issues and solutions systematically
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Business Analyst
