Responsibilities:

• Provide system support, such as ERP / HRM / PLM / BI systems;
• Work close with vendor to perform installation and configuration;
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting in all kind of systems;
• Participate in systems upgrading & migration projects;
• Manage the IT vendor to deliver the right solutions to the company;
• Assist in preparing project and system documentation;
• Assist in ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant IT application support experience and good experience on 2nd tier support setup
• Assist to standardize application support workflow and documents for new business and application system
• Assist to formulate and continuously enhance support strategy for higher efficiency and effectiveness
• Experience in ERP implementation preferable
• Self-motivated, responsible, with good problem solving and collaboration skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
