Job Requirements
- Diploma holder in Computer Studies or related disciplines
- 1-2 years relevant working experience in IT support
- Solid experience in computer installation and maintenance
- Well-versed in using MS Windows and Window Server platforms
- Dynamics, well-organized, energetic with good interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates in IT or related disciplines will also be considered
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support to end users such as setup user accounts, installation and maintenance
- Responsible for maintaining software & hardware and troubleshoot IT related problems
- Perform regular system check, data backup and maintain internet network & IT equipment
- Assist in the maintenance of software license & hardware record and ad hoc duties
