Responsibilities:

• Install and configure of software developed by Company
• Work as a member of project team to implement software product for customers
• Collect, analyse and document user requirement, engage with R&D to develop program / customization according to user requirement
• Perform and manage system support and preventive maintenance service to existing customers
• Prepare technical and product documentation
• Handle and resolve customer technical enquiry

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 Years' experience in IT industry, preferably in software vendor or system integrator
• Knowledge in Windows Server, IIS, MS-SQL, ASP.NET
• Hand-on experience in Document Imaging Software, Document Management System, Business Process Management System is an advantage
• Certificate holders of MCSE / MCSA / CCNA is advantageous
• A good team player with strong sense of responsibility and work independently
• Self-motivated and interested to explore new technologies and solutions
• Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
