Responsibilities

• Responsible for Warehouse Management System enhancement and daily operations
• Take part in warehouse system and workflow development projects which include but not limited to WMS enhancement, warehouse operations automation, e-Commerce logistics operations and development
• Assist in formulating job plans, arranging manpower and supervising warehouse staff to ensure a smooth and efficient warehouse operation
• Handle warehouse documents, compose warehouse KPI report, ensure accurate inventory records and periodical stock-take
• Perform regular review on 3rd parties delivery team which includes delivery schedule, vehicle scheduling, routing management and daily performance evaluation

Requirements

• Tertiary Education or above
• Minimum 3 years working of experience in area of logistic/ warehouse, experience in retail, FMCG or eCommerce are preferably
• Experience / super-user on using warehouse management system is also an advantage
• Innovative with self-initiative, able to cope with fast-paced working environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
