Job Description
- Perform IT help desk support
- Conduct desktop installation and configuration
- Perform applications roll-out
- Perform problem diagnosis of hardware, software and application, ad-hoc support is required
- Maintain and monitoring of the systems availability
- Holder of Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in technical support
- Relevant working experience on Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Relevant working experience on Technical support and problem solving
- Knowledge on Microsoft Windows server and SQL database will be an advantage
