Responsibilities:

• Provide hotline services on technical support, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting for business customers
• Guide customers for proper setting in network connection and attempt appropriate remote fixing action
• Co-ordinate with vendors and internal parties in providing one-stop solution

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduated with certificate in Telecommunications, IT, Electronic Engineering and other related disciplines
• 1-2 years experience in ISP / Telecommunication industry is highly preferred
• Basic understanding on various Internet applications like IE, Netscape, Outlook Express, and Safari would be an advantage
• Good telephone manner and customer services skills
• Conversational English & Mandarin
• Shift Duty is required, 5 days/week
• Fresh graduated are welcome
