Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform helpdesk service and user support (PC, server, network, O365)
Provide first tier technical support including troubleshooting, problem identification, resolution and escalation
Perform user ID administration and operation
Perform daily operation on servers, server room and IT infrastructure
Perform general administrative work and develop and maintain system documentation
Assist IT project implementation, liaise with internal users and external vendors
Daily system backup, report generation and distribution
Maintain IT software/hardware inventory and records

Requirements:

Experience in SQL and software development is a plus
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
