Responsibilities:  

• Lead Presales function to support sales team in winning and driving sustainable growth in sales revenue and profit margin for the company.
• Develop the Presales team that is proactive in customer engagement, innovative in adopting new technology, professional in architecting complex solutions, aggressive in winning customers’ trust, and competitive against competition. Who has highly developed customer facing skills and are committed to supporting sales.
• Participate in presales activities to provide consultancy, solution architecture design, and proof of concept in Infrastructure solutions and products to customers
• Lead Presales function to develop lead generation plans (e.g. growth and profitability targets, organize campaigns and events) in collaboration with respective company business units, suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain knowledge of products, competitors, technology and customers in the assigned supplier product market
• Building collaborative relationship with sales teams and suppliers for effective presales engagement
• Collaborate with Service Team to develop Go-To-Market offerings and to promote service to customers.
• Delivers product specific seminar/training/workshop to internal and external customers as part of a business plan of growth
• Travel to Macau is required

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Computer Science / mathematics / sciences / related disciplines
• 5 years or above relevant experience in presales consultative selling or relevant experience and at least 3 years in Supervisory role
• Professional Services technical knowledge, Cloud and “As a Service” General Technical Knowledge expertise recommend
• Experience in enterprise solution architecture on SAN, Backup and Software Defined Datacenter Solutions
• Analytical skills to effectively evaluate customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions in a highly competitive market.
• Professional Certification in one or more products or solutions from IBM, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Oracle, VMware, EMC, Cisco, Veritas, Amazon Web Service, SoftLayer. Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skill
• Self-motivated person with good analytical and able to manage complexity
• Professional Certification in one or more products or solutions from IBM, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Oracle, VMware, EMC, Cisco, Veritas, Amazon Web Service, SoftLayer. Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent written and verbal communications in English and Cantonese
