Responsibilities:

• Provide IT helpdesk support with focus on business applications;
• Assist the team to organize and execute system integration test;
• Assist in system implementation activities such as user acceptance test, user documentation and training etc;
• Perform system administration and operational support duties.

Requirements: 

• Degree or Higher Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines, preferably with 1-2 years working experience in IT applications support or customer service;
• Knowledge of scripting languages, HTML, SQL is an advantage;
• Customer focus, proactive and attention to details;
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
