Our client, a Public List Sector is looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

• To assist in contract management of the project.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of the contractor including the achievement of milestones and project schedule.
• Provide technical advice on the IT Systems.
• Assist in the overall tendering process including the preparation of tender documents.
• Assist in the setup and preparation works of Project Steering Committee, Project Assessment Team and Tender Assessment Panel.
• Prepare and monitor the schedule including all related activities for the implementation of the IT Systems.
• To co – ordinate with parties concerned for the smooth implementation of the project.
•  Proactively communicate project progress by briefing Internal Technical Manger through e.g. status reporting, deliverable checkpoints, meetings, discussion, etc.
• Ensure contractor's deliverables are on track and meeting expectations.
• Coordinate independent quality assurance team to conduct quality reviews to ensure quality of project deliverables meets expectations.

Requirements:-

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology.
• At least 10 years working experience in IT with minimum 3 years in project and IT service management experience.
• Preferably 2 years working experience in large scale IT project.
• Good written English & Chinese and fluent spoken English & Cantonese.
• PMP certifications, knowledge and experience of PMP implementation preferable.
