Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support to internal users on: Desktop hardware, software/applications and networking
• Maintenance of IT assets (Hardware & Software) Inventory, license review and renewal
• Coordinating with service providers/third party vendors for daily operations and issues
• Log all the IT incident and provide on-time technical solution to users
• Manage local PC builds/deployments, hardware change/replacement, software update/installation etc; as well as projects covering back-end infrastructure/data centers.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information and Technology or other related disciplines
• 1+ years of experience in IT support field, preferable with deskside support experiences
• Experience in project implementation is an advantage;
• Good knowledge in general PC operation system and core desktop applications
• Basic knowledge in mobile devices support area (including cell phone, tablet or laptop)
• Strong interpersonal skill with customer oriented personality.
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Holder of MCSE or MCSA, CCNA is an advantage
