Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor core network (PS/EPC) equipment.
• Provide technical support and project management for core network (PS/EPC/NFV) system.
• Design and implement system service solution.
• Provide on-site training for customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
• Focus on circuit switching core networks.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications, electronics, computer science or related discipline.
• At least 2 years experience in telecom industry core part, experience in senior level is highly preferred.
• Familiar with GPRS, EPC, TCP/IP, telecommunication theory,
• Familiar with Huawei PCC/DPI structure,
• Familiar with Huawei NFV Platform is a plus.
• Analytical-minded, good learning capability, initiative and flexible.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strongly customer service oriented.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese is a must, Mandarin is preferred.
