Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Assist the Department Manager in system development planning and scheduling implementation
- Communicate with software vendor follow up on system development life cycle
- Provide technical support and training to teammates and end users
- Perform analysis on problems reported by users and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations
Job requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering / Science, or related discipline
- At least 10 years' working experiences in Tier-one ERP support and implementation
- Solid knowledge of MS Dynamics AX/D365, MS Windows Server, MSSQL Server 2008 / 2012, Applications running in cloud server
- Experience in Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes, Garment industry preferred
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
