• Degree in Business Administration / Information Technology or any related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in O&M / business analysis / project management with solid experience in handling various projects including workflow and procedure re-engineering, office automation
• Responsible for enhancing internal operational procedures, gathering user requirements, handling system testing, preparing user manuals, and conducting user training
• Knowledge and experience in writing SQL queries will be advantageous
• Proficiency in PC skills and MS office (e.g. Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and excellent report writing skills in both Chinese and English
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Strong analytical mind, good communication skills and able to work with people in different levels
• Occasional travel maybe required
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior positions
