Job Description
Duties:
- To work as a member of Helpdesk team
- To assist in the Helpdesk services including both headquarters and other remote offices
- To provide technical support to end users in using desktop software
- To conduct system health check and maintain the operation of PC/LAN and computer systems of the department
- To assist in the setup of user PCs and accounts in both headquarters and other remote offices
- Perform other IT-related duties in the capacity as IT Assistant or as instructed by supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Computer Studies
- At least 1 year IT work experience in LAN administration, PC hardware and software, Microsoft Active Directory support
- Team player with good communication skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
