Job Description

IT support

Mission:

Support the IT team in maintaining and expanding its infrastructure and services

Responsibilities:

Day to day maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring of the infrastructure and services
Set up computers and servers and its applications

Requirements

Experience in computer hardware maintenance
Experience in Linux
Working knowledge of Windows and the ability to troubleshoot Windows desktop problems
General knowledge of network infrastructure (VPN, routing, switching)
Good command of spoken and written English and/or Cantonese

Candidates with more experience will be considered as a senior system and network administrator with more responsibilities.
