Executive Summary:

Our client is a US IT project management firm with strong presence in Asian. The successful Program Manager will be responsible for the overall technical solutions offering to provide a thorough coverage for all deliveries with appropriate project governance and control. Being the program management leader with P&L responsibility, he/she will be managing various parties (user, internal team, subcontractor & vendor) to provide end to end accountability for enterprise IT projects and customer support. On technical side, the job holder would define, design and support the implementation of the technology architecture roadmap.

Key Requirements: 

• Holder of Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines or related
• Solid 12-15 years IT project delivery and/or program management experience with solid experiences within the financial services & government sector
• PMP and/or Agile experience is strong plus
• Demonstrated technical experience in developing complex insurance solutions, including digital applications, business transformation, solution architecture and design, etc.
• Proven track records in developing IT roadmaps with senior executives and able to influence and communicate effectively on the adoption of technologies for innovations.
