Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT Technical support and help desk support to deprived families
• Provide assistance on software/hardware basic installation and configuration
• Assist in designing training materials to users
• Conduct and assist social workers in project-based learning classes e.g coding, STEM
• Working Location: Cheung Sha Wan, Wong Tai Sin, Shau Kei Wan,Kowloon City

 Requirements

• Non-degree Tertiary or above in Information System or related disciplines
• Preferably with 2 years hands-on experience in computer hardware & software problem diagnostic and troubleshooting
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, written and verbal
• Willing to work in weekdays evening or Sat afternoon
• Mature and proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
