Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain project reports in Excel format with VBA
• Collect project information from project managers, review the collected details to ensure completeness, and compile regular reports and dashboards
• Perform Excel report development and enhancement on dashboard including design, programming, testing, data conversion, report deployment and preparing technical documentation such as operations manual and user manual

Requirements

• Degree or High Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System or equivalent
• 2+ years of working experience in report development by Excel, compilation and analysis, preferably in an IT department or company
• Proficient in Excel and VBA is a must
• Good analytical skills
• Report development, testing and documentation.
• Self-initiative and able to work independently
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English/ Chinese
