Our client is a leading retailer, currently expanding the IT Team and looking for an IT Project Manager to lead the HRMS project.

Responsibilities:

• Manage application system and ensuring appropriate IT support is provided
• Manage and monitor project delivery lifecycle for multiple projects; define project risk, prepare imitation plan and quality assurance report etc.
• Closely monitor and follow up on the implementation of IT projects; so as to achieve committed project timelines and budget
• Lead the project team in creating and adhering to implementation project timelines
• Effectively communicate with multiple business managers to develop business and system requirements
• Provide solution analysis and advice to business units and deliver efficient IT solutions to address business needs and challenges
• Coordinate with external parties, and negotiate with multiple vendors strategically to structure the contracts and monitoring those logistics management  

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or above
• At least 5 years’ experience in application design, business analysis, managing application system and IT project management particular HRMS System 
  
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus
• Proficient in software development life cycle, project management methodologies and ability to manage multiple projects and/or sub-teams simultaneously
• Immediately available a plus
