Job Description

Joining Swivel Software (www.swivelsoftware.com) a fast growing IT company in Hong Kong Science Park. The position as Application Support Analyst allows you to learn the logistics industry where big companies are focusing on. The candidates will have the opportunity to conduct product training or implementation overseas.
 
Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct system integration tests (SIT) and users acceptance tests (UAT)
• Design and Develop application functionality to enrich product features
• On-going research and development on the application of latest technology

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
• Working experience in providing users or application support will be advantageous
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as HTML or SQL is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills and can work with users across the globe
• Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
