Responsibilities

• Identify and review existing business processes for international customer;
• To actively participate in project implementation, business study, proposal formation, presentation, system solution design and follow up from IT perspective;
• To provide technology/system consultancy to clients (shall include but not limited to Supply Chain BU);
• Collect, analyze, and document user requirements in world-class technology and product development projects;
• Collaborate with marketing, design, development, and quality assurance teams to recommend solution;
• Communicate externally with customers, suppliers, partners, and internally with teams for requirements, acceptance criteria, and deliverables;
• Work cooperatively and effectively with project stakeholders to set goals and resolve issues throughout the system development life cycle;
• Ensure project deliverables are on time and meeting required level of quality;
• Work on duties as requested, directed, or assigned by project managers.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or related discipline;
• Experience in Supply Chain Solutions, software development and/or quality assurance, and IT systems integration is an advantageous;
• To identify clients’ pain point and analysis;
• Proven track record in software development life cycle;
• Good marketing and business sense in Supply Chain industry;
• Familiar with business requirement analysis and documentation;
• Excellent presentation, PowerPoint preparation and communication skills;
• Fluent speaking and writing in English Cantonese, and Mandarin;
• Able to work independently & under pressure;
• Experiences in Agile is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and a team-player.
