Job Description
We got several clients including Hong Kong based Property Developer and a listed Company with diversified business globally. They now looking for a helpdesk support engineer who is energetic, passionate and CS oriented, and join their dynamic and professional team.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide IT help desk support to end users
- Resolve problems on IT hardware and software on Windows & Mac workstation
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned
- Support daily health check
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in user support
- Mature, positive and pro-active working attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and Putonghua
Their working locations: Mong KOK and Sheung Wan.
