Job Specifications:

• Provide web analytic service, including audit, implementation, and other operational and consultation services by using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Assist customers in data analysis and provide actionable insights, in consistency with business indicators specific to their industry.
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariable testing by using tools such as Google Optimize.
• Deliver customer and employee training sessions on product fundamentals, best practices, advanced topics, new features, and other custom content.
• Attend periodic client meetings/calls if any.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge relevant to the job including Google product, offerings, current policies and procedures and methods of service delivery, in order to provide technically accurate solutions to customers.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering or any equivalent fields
• Google Analytics IQ certification holder is a must.
• 1 year continuous working experience in analytics role.
• Proficiency with Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, or any other well-known web analytics tool) is required.
• Proven experience with Tag Management tools (Google Tag Manager, or any other tag management tool).
• Strong analytic, quantitative, and data interpretation skills.
• Medium competency level in HTML, javascript and other web technology.
• Experience in using debugger tools such as Charles or Chrome Dev Tools.
• Excellent Chinese and English verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
