Responsibilities:

• Assist to develop the systems access management framework.
• Perform access right control and maintenance on System User ID and Door Access System with proper documentation and record keeping
• Ensure security control of user accounts are properly authorized in compliance with security policy with sufficient documentation and information
• Assist to handle the IT Procurement request

• Prepare statistical report and documentation
  

Requirements:

• University  degree or diploma holder in Information Technology, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience preferably in banking industry
• Experience in Door Access System (Lenel / AFX) operational maintenance support is preferable
• Familiar with computer-related products and facilities
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Conversant with Lotus Notes, MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager, System Access
